There’s no better way to explore this stunning region than on a motorcycle, where every twist in the road reveals colonial villages, lush green valleys, and the warm hospitality of its people.
Our journey takes us deep into the heart of Colombia’s coffee country, riding along winding mountain roads, remote local trails, and scenic highways that carve through endless plantations.
Every mile is an immersion into nature, culture, and adventure—whether it’s the mist-covered hills at sunrise or the golden glow of the sunset over the Andean ridges.
We’ll stay in authentic coffee haciendas and charming hotels, where the day’s ride ends with stories shared over world-class coffee or a well-deserved local rum.

DAY 1
Arrival to Pereira, Colombia
STAY: CASA SAN CARLOS LODGE, PEREIRA
Welcome to Colombia! You need to fly to Pereira (PEI), there are several flights everyday from the main Colombia Cities. A private transfer will pick you up at Pereira airport and transfer you to the lodge. Time to relax, swimmingpool. Group dinner and briefing of the tour.
DAY 2
Pereira-Termales del Ruiz

STAY: TERMALES DEL RUIZ
Enjoy the wonderful breakfast offered by this hotel before heading out to ride through the most famous coffee region on the planet. A scenic route along winding roads lost among the mountains, with a stop in a remote village to immerse ourselves in the coffee culture. Toward the end, we’ll take an off-road section to reach our accommodation: a fantastic hotel where we’ll stay for two nights and enjoy its thermal waters.
DAY 3
Termales-Nevado del Ruiz-Termales
120 miles / 200 kms
STAY: TERMALES DEL RUIZ
Leave everything in the hotel and let´s go for an epic riding around 4,000m high around the Nevado del Ruiz, an amazing active volcano. We will have lunch in the town on Murillo and ride back the same road, that is so worthy to do it again!
DAY 4
Termales – Salamina
90 miles / 150 kms
STAY: CASA LOLA HOTEL BOUTIQUE
It is time to move north, to the area of Salamina. We will ride up to the lost village of San Felix and to the Valley of Samaria full of Palma trees. We will do a short walk and get a guide to explain what and why they are growing this trees again there. After lunch time to ride back to Salamina Town, free time and a great dinner in a hidden restaurant…
DAY 5
Salamina – Jardín
90 miles / 150 kms
STAY: JARDIN
After a nice breakfast, we have a long day riding though some paved an unpaved roads. It is going to be a warm day. Jardín is a pictorical town and we will arrive with time enough to walk around before dinner.
DAY 6
Jardín – Manizales
110 miles / 180 kms
STAY: HACIENDA VENECIA
Longest day of the tour, and amazing views and roads. Today we will keep riding through valleys full of coffee, cacao and banana fields. Our destination today (and tomorrow!) is a famous Hacienda were they grow and produce Coffee. Time for a swim in the pool before dinner.
DAY 7
Resting day
STAY: HACIENDA VENECIA
No riding today! Wake up late, enjoy breakfast and the swimming pool. In the morning we also have a guided visit to the Coffee factory and they will explain to us all about coffee. Evening to rest, massage if you want, and relax…
DAY 8
Manizales – Salento
95 miles / 160 kms
STAY: SALENTO
We had been in almost all the main places in the eje cafetero region, so it is time to go south to Salento and ride in this area. Full day of amazing roads and really bussy town at night time with shops, local products and nice restaurants and music.
DAY 9
Salento – Pereira
45 miles / 80 kms
STAY: CASA SAN CARLOS LODGE, PEREIRA
Or last day of the tour we can not forget to ride up to Filandia, before heading back to Pereira and drop the bikes. Our hotel from first day is waiting for us, where we will have time to relax in the swimmingpool after an amazing motorcycle tour. Group dinner all together!
DAY 10
It is time to go back home after such an amazing experience. Enjoy your breakfast and a private transfer will take you to the airport when you are ready!
